Rekha's Kitchen is a cloud kitchen providing pure vegetarian food and homemade pickles. We offer food ordering through our mobile application, website, WhatsApp, and third-party platforms like Zomato and Swiggy.

3. Ordering and Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice
• Payment must be made at the time of ordering or upon delivery (COD where available)
• We accept various payment methods including UPI, cards, and cash on delivery
• Orders placed through third-party platforms are subject to their respective terms

4. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on demand and location
• We deliver within our serviceable areas only
• Minimum order values may apply for delivery
• Delivery charges may apply based on distance and order value
• You must provide accurate delivery address and contact information

5. Food Quality and Safety

• All our food is 100% vegetarian and prepared in a hygienic environment
• We follow FSSAI guidelines for food safety and hygiene
• Food should be consumed within the recommended time for best quality
• Please inform us of any food allergies before ordering
• We are not responsible for allergic reactions if allergen information was not disclosed

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order cancellation and refund terms:

• Orders can be cancelled before the restaurant accepts the order
• Once food preparation has started, orders cannot be cancelled
• Wallet payments: Always refunded to wallet instantly
• Customer cancellation: Refunded to wallet instantly
• Restaurant cancellation (customer requested): Refunded to wallet instantly
• Restaurant cancellation (other reasons): Refunded to original payment method in 5-7 business days
• Wallet balance can be used for future orders and never expires
• For orders placed through third-party platforms, their cancellation policies apply

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders
• Be available to receive your order at the specified delivery address
• Not misuse our services or engage in fraudulent activities
• Treat our delivery personnel with respect
• Report any issues with your order within 24 hours

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and app, including logos, images, text, and recipes, are the property of Rekha's Kitchen and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rekha's Kitchen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rekha's Kitchen, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
