Minimum order values vary by location and platform. Please check the app or website during checkout for the exact minimum order requirement for your area.
Can I customize my order?▼
Yes! You can add special instructions while placing your order. For specific customizations like spice level or ingredient modifications, please mention them in the order notes or contact us via WhatsApp.
Do you accept cash on delivery?▼
Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders placed through our app and WhatsApp. For Zomato and Swiggy orders, please check their payment options.

What are your delivery timings?▼
We deliver from 08:00 AM - 09:00 PM on weekdays and 08:00 AM - 09:00 PM on weekends. We are open all days.
How long does delivery take?▼
Standard delivery takes 30-45 minutes. During peak hours, it may take 45-60 minutes. You can track your order in real-time through our app or the delivery platform.
Do you deliver to my area?▼
We deliver within a specific radius from our kitchen. Please check our app, Zomato, or Swiggy to see if your location is serviceable.
What are the delivery charges?▼
Delivery charges vary based on distance and order value. Free delivery may be available on orders above a certain amount. Charges are displayed at checkout.
PPickles
Can I order pickles for delivery outside the city?▼
Yes! We ship our homemade pickles across India. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Free shipping on orders above ₹500.
How long do the pickles last?▼
Our pickles have a shelf life of 6-12 months when stored properly in a cool, dry place. Always use a dry spoon to take out pickle to prevent spoilage.
Do you offer bulk orders for pickles?▼
Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk orders. Perfect for weddings, corporate gifts, or festivals. Contact us via WhatsApp for bulk order inquiries.
PPayments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?▼
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and in-app wallet balance. Payment options may vary by platform.
How long does a refund take?▼
It depends on your payment method and who cancelled: Wallet payments get instant refund to wallet. If you cancel your order, instant refund to wallet. If restaurant cancels at your request, instant refund to wallet. If restaurant cancels for other reasons (out of stock, too busy, etc.), refund goes to your original payment method in 5-7 business days.
Where will my refund go?▼
Wallet payments always refund to wallet instantly. For UPI/Card payments: if you cancelled or requested cancellation, refund goes to your app wallet instantly. If restaurant cancels for operational reasons, refund goes back to your bank account/card in 5-7 days.
Can I cancel my order?▼
Yes, you can cancel your order before it's accepted by the restaurant. Go to My Orders in the app, select the order, and tap Cancel. Refund will be credited to your wallet instantly.
What is the app wallet?▼
The app wallet stores your refund credits. You can use wallet balance for future orders. Wallet refunds are instant and never expire. Check your wallet balance in the Profile section of the app.
Why did my refund go to wallet instead of my bank?▼
When you cancel an order or request cancellation, we refund to wallet for instant access. This way you can use the money immediately for your next order without waiting 5-7 days for bank processing.

Our app is available on Google Play Store. Search for 'Rekha's Kitchen' or use the direct link on our website.
Do I need an account to order?▼
Creating an account helps you track orders, save addresses, and earn rewards. However, you can also order via WhatsApp without an account.
