2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within a specific radius from our cloud kitchen. Delivery availability can be checked on our app or through Zomato/Swiggy.
Note: Delivery areas may vary based on the ordering platform. Please check the respective app for exact serviceable locations.
3. Delivery Timings

Monday - Friday: 08:00 AM - 09:00 PM
Saturday - Sunday: 08:00 AM - 09:00 PM
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard: 30-45 minutes
Peak Hours: 45-60 minutes
Delivery times may vary based on order volume, weather conditions, and traffic.
4. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges vary based on distance and order value
- Free delivery may be available on orders above a certain value
- Charges are displayed at checkout before order confirmation
- Third-party platform charges may differ from direct orders
5. Minimum Order Value
A minimum order value may apply for delivery. This varies by location and ordering platform. The minimum order requirement will be displayed during checkout.
6. Pickle Product Shipping
Our homemade pickles can be shipped across India. Here are the shipping details:

- Food Orders: Packed in food-grade, leak-proof containers
- Pickle Products: Glass jars with secure lids, bubble-wrapped for shipping
- All packaging is designed to maintain food quality during transit
- We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible
8. Order Tracking
- Food orders can be tracked in real-time through our app or delivery platform
- Pickle shipments include tracking numbers sent via SMS/WhatsApp
- You will receive notifications at each stage of delivery
9. Delivery Instructions
To ensure smooth delivery:
- Provide accurate and complete delivery address
- Include landmarks for easy location
- Ensure someone is available to receive the order
- Keep your phone accessible for delivery partner calls
- Add any special delivery instructions in the order notes
10. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect address - Customer will be contacted for correct address
- Customer unavailable - Delivery partner will wait for 10 minutes and attempt to call
- Refused delivery - Order will be returned and refund policy will apply
